dunhill – Demand Planning Coordinator

(Permanent Full-Time)

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Support the Operation Director on the design of the Demand planning function, according to the new Anaplan tools and application within the Procurement module.

Support the Operation and Director in the Procurement Anaplan implementation; From the Anaplan DRP tool output, define the Master Production Schedule and

Calculate and define the production lot for permanent, to optimize and reduce of the overall stock and improve the service level.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support the Operation Director in the design and assessment of the new Anaplan – procurement tool for permanent and seasonal
  • From the DRP output, design the procurement plan or Master Production Schedule; analyse and test the process, the tool, the parameters and the policies
  • Identify the MOQ management (process, timing, tools)
  • Identify and plot the steps of discussion with vendors and Merchandising
  • Identify the process and the tools to cross check the procurement plan with the buy budget
  • Identify and plot the PREQ creation process
  • Define the target lead time to fulfil the DRP stock plan and the policies ‘make to stock vs assembly to stock’
  • Identify the criteria to fix material component stock level for permanent
  • Design the process to convert Preq into PO
  • Implement a process to monitor the stock of components across the categories (zips, buttons, trims etc.)  and to manage procurement plan, based on reorder point

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • 3-4 years’ experience within a similar planning/coordinator role
  • Strong numerical and analytical aptitude - very commercial and performance driven
  • Experience of Anaplan would be highly beneficial, as well as other similar tools
  • Learning agility - capable of picking up new processes and systems quickly
  • Strong and efficient organisational skills - excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to communicate with different stakeholders from a variety of cultures and backgrounds 
  • French speaking language skills would be advantageous
