HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

To bring a structured and systematic approach to the global visual merchandising, linking VM to inventory ownership, sales trends and product deliveries, focusing on the Western region’s retail and wholesale locations. To establish and implement VM guidelines for both mainline and wholesale boutiques To ensure consistent VM standards are met through detailed guideline

  • Hybrid-based position, 3 days in the office, 2 days in the field
  • Work as part of the HQ Visual Merchandising team focussing on developing and implementing a timely and synchronize visual strategy for the Western regions (seasonal/launches/sales drive; correct amount of product on display depending on selling environment; follow merchandising guidelines by product category; ensure stores are visually interesting and regularly rotated; analyse the impact of VM actions and make related moves)
  • Store capacity planning in partnership with the Store design and Architecture team
  • Manage and coordinate local market VM teams – feedback/follow up
  • Train regional visual merchandisers and store staff on guidelines and general VM rules
  • Work alongside Stores team to ensure correct usage of furniture and layout based on range plans and visual impact
  • Assist VM Director in looks and mannequins creations based on stock ownership and buy volumes
  • Coach field team on standards and styling of mannequins
  • Manage showroom for seasonal selling shows and ad hoc requirements
  • Assist in development of creative ideas for product launches – press and consumer
  • Review and report on competitors visual developments
  • Manage directly the VM of the Western regional stores and wholesale account

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Experience in fashion retail industry, in similar role
  • Experience in retail merchandising, strong sense of Fashion and VM
  • Multi-region / market exposure experience as a must
  • Proactive and flexible approach
  • Creative, outgoing and energetic
  • Strong Visual and Fashion sense
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels and cultures; Ability to present information and ideas clearly
  • Excellent organizing and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and cross functionally
  • Advanced PC user (PPT, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
