HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

A Dunhill Sales Consultant is an ambassador for the Dunhill House experience, leveraging their entrepreneurial spirit to client service and aspiring to the highest standards within the luxury retail industry, in order to help maximise our sales revenue and ensure a sustainable and long term client base.

 

SALES MASTER

  • Managed sales target and KPIs by attracting new clients and effectively managing existing clients
  • Develops client book with key focus on private appointments and client growth through effective CRM
  • Develops the potential of each product line by focusing on cross selling all services of the house to give an exceptional experience to each and every client
  • Assists in the coordination of in-store promotional events
  • Fosters a client-centric mindset, putting the client at the heart of everything we do

 

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP OWNER

  • Delivers exceptional customer service and takes pride in developing long-term relationships
  • Is aware of store and personal sales target and KPIs, and leverages tools available (product knowledge, Dunhill experience, CRM etc.) to help meet and exceed these
  • Knows his/her portfolio of customers and in particular the VICs he/she handles, proactively managing them
  • Ensures good internal customer service with all other Dunhill stores and with head office

 

OMNICHANNEL BUSINESS PARTNER

  • Is aware of CRM targets and actively engages in all actions to reach them, using omnichannel services to help grow sales
  • Implements personalised reach-out campaigns and utilises all clienteling tools available to complete CRM tasks within given timeframe
  • Consistently captures client data and takes notes on all qualitative information
  • Actively complete trainings and participates in all commercial activities set by SM/ASM/HO
  • Is aware of local trading environment and competitors’ activities

 

OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE SUPPORTER

  • Ensures impeccable store environment, BOH and grooming at all times
  • Implements all guidelines related to store and BOH management and participates in stick take inventories, audits and counts
  • Supports after-sales clients and follows up to ensure impeccable service
  • Deals with complaints professionally and efficiently in line with company policy
  • Helps develop the potential of each product line and ensures that the merchandising is in line with Dunhill image
  • Aware and adheres to company and store security procedures

 

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL SKILLS

  • A good standard of education
  • A well rounded background in retailing, luxury goods or other service industries (e.g. hotel industry)
  • Sound product knowledge and an understanding of the luxury market
  • Articulate communicator, well-managers and with good personal presentation
  • Good interpersonal skills and an ability to relate on all levels
