Made to Measure & Bespoke Manager

(Permanent Full-Time)

 

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

You are responsible for overseeing Made to Measure business within dunhill House and Jermyn Street, growing the existing business whilst building a strong VIC client base and providing an entrepreneurial level of customer service, which sets the highest benchmark for the luxury retail industry.

Made to Measure:

  • Promote and grow the MTM and Bespoke business within dunhill House and Jermyn Street.
  • Achieve specific KPIs, notably business sales and margin targets.
  • Constantly allow the time to look for opportunities to develop the business, such as conducting market visits, developing partnerships and organising events
  • Bring ideas that help develop the business and be aware of competitor activities/best practices, and how the business can learn from those
  • Optimising sales through creating and managing the CRM programme for MTM and Bespoke clients.
  • Work with the internal MTM/Bespoke systems and manufacturers, particularly supporting the SAP.
  • Competent in measuring, fitting, and organising alterations.
  • Writing any presentations, summaries and reports required.
  • Support the brand where applicable in attending trunk shows and any other events whilst supporting other London locations.
  • Administrative duties – responsible for day-to-day liaison, covering both suppliers and stores, to ensure the efficient management of all processes and orders and the resolving of any issues.
  • Support with the management of all point-of-sale collateral for MTM and Bespoke and timely delivery of these seasonal tools (SKU’s, prices, swatches etc.) into market.
  • Support with the communication of all marketing tools.
  • Support any seasonal range planning and the stock management of all fabrics, trims and components.

Retail:

  • Demonstrate the ability to be able to cross sell across all categories with MTM and non-MTM clients.
  • Support the overall store development and progress in all areas, including store operations, event management, styling appointments, etc.
  • Increasing the existing VIC and Core client base of MTM to maximise revenues, including by re-engaging with sleeping customers.
  • To Achieve MTM KPI targets.
  • To meet with Store Manager on a regular basis and debrief on number of appointments booked and resulting sales.
  • To actively encourage the team to understand and proactively sell the MTM categories, ensuring they proactively capture customer data in each sale in line with the set company KPIs.
  • To ensure the building and maintenance of a client book.
  • To work in line with, and be a role model for, the dunhill Way and ensure that information provided in sales training sessions is consistently manifested on the shop floor.
  • To be aware of and assist in the achievement of Store KPI’s as set by the Store Manager
  • To ensure that no more than 0.3% of MTM stock is written off within your category due to order error
  • MTM Training – Support training dunhill House sales team to a competent level in taking and executing orders, so they can sell MTM by themselves and are fully conversant and knowledgeable with the MTM services offered

  • Proven track record in MTM tailoring, to include:
    • Ability to fit, measure and suggest alterations to a high standard
    • Superior knowledge of MTM tailoring fits/cuts  
    • Comprehensive fabric / cloth knowledge
    • Knowledge of dress etiquette
