HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Your mission is to provide sound HR guidance, advice and support to leaders and employees, therein supporting the People Strategy towards cultivating a high performing team and dynamic culture within dunhill in UK. Leveraging insights from information (data analysis, feedback and observation) alongside, and with support from, Senior HR Management this role will provide practical guidance on Employee Relations including advice on employment legislation in the UK. Act as primary contact on all HR people issues within designated dunhill sites, including UK Retail Boutiques, Club and Production facilities and act as a champion of our performance driven, diverse and inclusive culture.

 

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and managers, to recruit high calibre and diverse talent into the organisation passionate about our vision and transformation journey ahead.
  • Guide, advise and support managers in improving ways of working, advising legal and HR change process, timelines, and sensitively managing people implications and the communication approach to embedding changes.
  • Provide a shared service approach to management and all employees, understanding their requirements, identifying and facilitating the resolution of specific HR issues via collaboration with the Senior HR team of dunhill.
  • Working closely with designated teams, advise and guide managers to understand and implement policies and procedures, listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures and performance management, in conjunction the Senior HR team of dunhill.
  • Work with L&D to find best fit solutions for increasing capability or improving skills to enable  our employees’ to perform to the best of their ability.
  • Foster a culture within dunhill to maintain employer of choice standards with regards to continually improving engagement results, up to date policies, procedures, compliance and also in Health and Safety standards (in partnership with dunhill management).
  • Working with HR shared services, review, prepared contracts of employment, offer letters and other contractual paperwork as required.
  • Assist Senior HR Manager in managing SAP HR as an effective reporting tool to collate, analyse and report on statistical data and management information as and when required.
  • Spend quality time in retail, hospitality, manufacturing and office environments to build internal networks and ensure that the employees of dunhill view you as the primary trusted point of contact. At the same time, advocate the self-service HR model to further empower dunhill employees.
  • Process the necessary administrative tasks associated with day-to-day HR queries and issues liaising with the other HR functions.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• University degree required as a minimum.

• CIPD qualified or equivalent an advantage

• Experience in a high pace, comparable field. Retail or Hospitality would be a benefit

• Solid experience of working in an HR support role

• UK Employment law knowledge

• Recruitment, Employee Relations and Operational HR experience

• Strong Presentation, communication and diplomacy skills

• Analytical skills an advantage
