We are looking for a solution focused & strategic Global Wholesale Manager to join our dunhill maison.

 

Role Purpose

 

·       Responsible for optimising the wholesale business at global level, structuring this activity to ensure a consistent growth of the business

·       Ensure the wholesale reporting tools are updated regularly (ex. "Wholesale Tracker" carried out weekly in order to provide progress visibility of the order book to line manager and the sales team).

·       Analyses the order book and deliveries in detail to challenge team and ensure appropriate action is taken to achieve shipping targets.

·       Be a central support for local markets commercial team

·       Provide the Inernational commercial Director with clear, accurate and professionally presentable high level information and reporting of shipping performance vs targets and KPIs

·       Based in London with some travel required

 

Key Accountabilities

 

Strategy:

·       develop an overall business plan, including sales strategies and profit goals

·       Participation to create client distribution/target list for Sales Area to Business Manager on a Seasonal basis                  

·       work closely with the zones to follow up status of development on existing / potential accounts

·       Define key terms of contracts include pricing/ margin targets and ensure application to future clients

 

Business Analysis & Reporting:

·       Supervise wholesale performance tracker with full accountability for order book management

·       Ensure order book management meetings take place weekly, actions captured and follow actions are completed fully.

·       Ensure the "Order Book Update" process is carried out weekly in order to provide progress visibility of the order book to line manager and the sales team.

·       Analyses the order book in detail to challenge team and ensure appropriate action is taken to achieve shipping targets.

·       Provide the International commercial director with clear, accurate and professionally presentable high level information and reporting of shipping performance vs targets and KPIs

·       Support in monitoring seasonal performances, commercial actions, and decision making to increase healthy sales and performances in each location of the geographical Area

 

Operations:

·       In charge of supervising showroom organisation in remote locations (pre-collection in Italy)

·       Point of contact for operational issues in relation with systems (SAP, Joor)

·       Support to the markets dealing issues with deliveries

 

Ideal Profile

 

·       Very analytical 

·       Autonomous

·       Problem solver

·       Good communication skills

·       Experience in wholesale business preferably in the luxury/fast fashion industry

·       Good understanding of sales related issues (financial, sales administration, contractual requirements, delivery processes)

·       Experience in business analysis - Masters Degree or MBA preferable
