dunhill – Ecommerce Transformation Manager

(Fixed Term Contract – 6 months)

 

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

This is a fixed term contract required to join the digital team at a critical point for ecommerce growth within the business.

The Ecommerce Transformation Manager will be solely responsible for the execution and delivery of digital projects to meet high ecommerce targets. Key strategic projects have been defined to drive growth; full site UX review with test and learn development plan, website performance optimisation, global omni-channel acceleration and China multi-channel re-platforming where the Project Manager will need to bring in depth digital knowledge and expertise to drive these projects forward, challenging both internal stakeholders and external agencies. A willingness to get involved in all aspects of the online journey and wider ecommerce projects to meet expected targets is needed to contribute to the success of the digital team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of UX site project; prioritisation based on commercial impact, managing external partners, planning testing, platform integration, reporting and analysing results
  • Planning and execution of the digital development roadmap
  • Carry out testing, release & validation of new website functionalities
  • Owner of onsite behavioural and performance KPI’s including site speed, bounce rate and checkout flow, producing dashboards, analysis and actions
  • Utilise website tracking tools including GA, hotjar, optimizley
  • Champion global omni-channel initiatives to deliver commercial goals and increase digital penetration
  • Project manage multi-channel re-platforming project for China market partnering closely with local digital team
  • Coordinate technical SEO topics with the agency and partner with digital team to deliver on-site SEO requirements
  • Manage global website bugs, raising and tracking tickets for and pushing for resolutions
  • Constantly bring innovative developments to both on page functions and operational flows within the digital function
  • Work closely and cross departmentally within the business and also with external partners
  • Budget management for all digital projects

 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape and solid project management skills
  • Understanding of CMS and the ability and desire to master new digital tools & platforms
  • Highly capable of using and analysis Google Analytics
  • Strong numerical, analytical, verbal communication and system management skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Highly self-motivated, analytical, with sharp attention to detail
  • Strong interest in ecommerce and digital - understanding of the YNAP platform
  • Pro-active, enthusiastic and tenacious approach - very results driven and dynamic
  • Ability to lead successful projects and teams - can prioritize and manage projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate with different teams - translating technical projects to non-technical teams
