We are looking for a fashion oriented and motivational Assistant Boutique Manager to join our flagship Jermyn Street dunhill boutique. 

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • To ensure that the client is the main focus for the staff at all times. To set a standard that exceeds the benchmark for customer service within the luxury retail industry. This includes ensuring the team are fully conversant with all products and services available in the store including product care, aftersales and stock availability as well as sourcing items not currently on the range plan.
  • To deal with complaints effectively & efficiently in line with Company policy. To ensure the clients expectations are exceeded when dealing with complaints. To ensure Store Manager is involved when appropriate.
  • To ensure customer service levels consistently meet and exceed company expectations. This may include mystery shopper feedback.
  • To ensure the team pre-empt and respond to client needs in order to excel in service standards.
  • To be the role model regarding customer service standards at all times.
  • Additionally, they are to work with the Senior Sales Consultant or Supervisor to provide regular customer service and product training seminars.
  • To hold regular briefing sessions using all forms of communication available.
  • To ensure communication flow with team and Store Manager

 

IDEAL CANDIDATE

 

  • Educated to A-level or equivalent
  • Ideally experienced and/or trained in Leadership/Management skills
  • True brand ambassador, positive and resilient at all times
  • A role model for the team, able to coach and engage 
  • Customer focussed, ensuring that all activities of the time have the best customer experience possible as objective
  • Operation focussed. Will need to have an excellent level of attention to details and proactivity in solving and preventing issues
  • Excellent communication skills, including ability to tailor communication style to audience
  • Team player, covering for colleagues when needed
