Sales Management

  1. Set up target for the shop and lead sales team to achieve it
  2. Analyze and monitor the sales as well as help improve the sales performance
  3. Responsible for driving the MTM program.

People Management

  1. Review and adjust the headcount with Area/City Manager and help with boutique staffing
  2. Duty roster arrangement, and leave, OT arrangement.
  3. Build up team work collaboration and control staff turnover rate.
  4. Stimulate the team and act as a driving force to sales team, encourage initiative and share best practices

Service Management

  1. In Shop customer service
  2. After sales service
  3. Ensure shop service and meet company’s standard, such as: Mystery Shopper

Shop Operation Management

  1. Inventory management. Review and propose the optimum stock level and inventory in shop
  2. Ensure smooth shop operation and follow the company relevant rules and regulation
  3. Control and supervise the expenses in shops to increase the cost effectiveness
  4. Maintain and review the visual merchandising and shop environment standard

Training and Coaching

  1. Review the staff performance and collect training needs
  2. Help to assist with training department with product training and other necessary training
  3. Responsible for shop daily on the job training

Relation Management

  1. Maintain healthy relationship with the landlord, shopping mall etc.
  2. Proactively keep in touch with clients and potential clients as well as VIP
  3. Assist with HR and other department for shop management work when necessary

Others

  1. Follow up the matter/ issues from the shop promptly
  2. Shop administration
  3. Monitor competitor’s movements and information
  4. Gather competitions information (sales, distribution, events, promotions)

Requirements:

  1. Gender: No limit
  2. Age: 28~35
  3. Working experience: At least 3 years experiences in managing a store or a section in retail, or over 6 years retail working experiences
  4. Industry background: Fashion, Cosmetics, Luxury background is a plus
  5. Language:Good Oral English and Chinese
  6. Education: College degree is required
  7. Personality: Detail Oriented, team leader, can work under pressure
  8. Others: Good image.
