Sales Advisor

Delvaux| Vancouver

Reports to: Boutique Manager

 

 

Overview
The objective of this role if to achieve individual sales objectives; developing and servicing the customer.

 

Primary responsibilities

  • Welcome, advise and retain local and international customers at Delvaux
  • Develop sales and achieve the goals set by the commercial director
  • Verify and manage stocks status and replenish the corner to meet constantly customer needs
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of quality of service and hospitality towards customers
  • Acquire a large knowledge and understanding of our product lines in order to build a close relationship with clients and increase sales
  • Represent the brand image by maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping and Delvaux standards
  • Provide feedback on sales, customer profiles, product performance to your manager

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in retail luxury
  • Excellent presentation and passion for the brand
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills are needed
  • Fluent in English
