[Delvaux] Assistant Marketing Manager

MAIN PURPOSE
As a key contributor within Delvaux Korea’s Marketing & Communications team, the Assistant Marketing Manager will support the effective execution of the Maison’s integrated marketing, PR, and communication strategies. This role plays an important part in elevating brand presence and engagement with media, influencers, tastemakers, and VIP audiences.
The person is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a genuine passion for luxury and strong skills in coordinating diverse stakeholders collaboratively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Integrated Marketing Coordination
- Drive the adaptation and implementation of global campaigns in alignment with brand guidelines and regional priorities
- Liaise effectively with PR/media agencies, digital agencies, creative vendors, and HQ to ensure the timely delivery of assets, media plans, and campaign materials
- Coordinate local production efforts, including photoshoots, content development, and vendor management, ensuring premium quality and brand alignment
- Manage communication and negotiations with celebrity management agencies and media partners, ensuring smooth execution of celebrity-driven initiatives
2. PR & Communication Management
- Collaborate closely with PR and digital agencies to ensure cohesive messaging, optimize media outcomes, and maximize campaign impact
- Manage day-to-day press office activities, including the preparation and dissemination of press releases, media outreach, and editorial pitching
- Oversee the management and enrichment of media lists, KOL/influencer databases, aligning with Maison’s strategic priorities
- Consolidate and analyze PR coverage across digital and print media, providing regular reports and performance insights
- Support the design and execution of targeted community engagement programs, including VIP, Celebs, KOLs, and tastemakers outreach and gifting
3. Retail & Client Activation Support
- Coordinate boutique-level marketing activations, in-store communications, and local client initiatives in partnership with retail teams
- Assist with the preparation, logistics, and on-site support for local events, ensuring a seamless client experience in line with Maison’s global standards
4. Operational & Analytical Excellence
- Prepare and deliver periodic reports consolidating marketing performance, PR (digital and print) coverage, Celeb/KOL metrics, and community engagement results
- Assist in managing purchase orders, invoice processing, and accurate spend tracking
- Oversee the translation, localization, and timely delivery of lookbooks, publications, and digital assets for the Korean market
- Maintain and manage marketing inventories, ensuring precise documentation, storage, and availability of materials and samples
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4–5 years of experience in marketing, PR, or influencer/community coordination, ideally within luxury brands. (i.e. watch, jewelry, and fashion, etc.)
- Industry experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in Korean and proficient in English (written and spoken)
- High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and collaborative, service-oriented approach
SKILLS:
- Experience working with luxury brands, celebrity/influencer management, or high-end client programs
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media tracking tools, and PR measurement systems
