What do we expect from you? To:
- Welcome, advise and retain local and international customers at Delvaux, by offering a unforgettable client experience and build solid client relationships
- Develop sales and achieve KPIs as well as qualitative goals
- Verifiy and manage stocks status and replenish the boutique to meet constantly customer needs
- Participate in the continuous improvement of quality of service towards our customers
- Consolidate your luxury language and acquire a vast knowledge of our creations
- Represent the brand with pride by maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping and operations
- Provide feedback on sales, customer profiles, product performance to your manager
