How will you make an impact? You will:

  • Welcome, advise and retain local and international customers at Delvaux
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of quality of service and hospitality towards customers
  • Acquire a large knowledge and understanding of our product lines in order to build a close relationship with clients and increase sales
  • Develop sales and achieve the goals set by the commercial director
  • Provide feedbacks on sales, customer profiles, product performance to your manager
  • Verifiy and manage stocks status and and its optimization
  • Ensuring an excellent presentation of the boutique. Represent the brand image by maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping and Delvaux standards
  • Reporting on the activity of point of sale
  • Support to the achievement of general and personal objectives by providing continuous training and constructive feedback to our Sales Associate
  • Ensures the follow up (internally and with headquarters) of all the initiatives organized in the boutique

 

 

How will you experience success with us?

  • Solid previous experience in a luxury business
  • Minimum 5 years of successful previous experiences in luxury business
  • Management role experience and experience on store operation is a must
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • CRM experience, and ability to use the relevant digital tool is a must
  • Excellent clienteling skills
  • Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Italian and English
