Founded in 1829, Delvaux is a truly Belgian brand. In fact, it was even born before the Kingdom of Belgium, which was only established one year later, in 1830.

Created in Brussels by the innovative Charles Delvaux, la Maison has remained at the forefront of luxury leather goods for nearly two centuries because of its savoir-faire, uncompromising craftsmanship and the outstanding quality of its creations.

We are currently looking for a Client Advisor for our boutique in Milan.

How will you make an impact? You will:

  • Welcome, advise and retain local and international customers at Delvaux by offering a unforgettable client experience and build a solid client relationship,
  • Develop sales and achieve the goals set by the commercial director,
  • Verifiy and manage stocks status and replenish the corner to meet constantly customer needs
  • Be an exemple of your sales driven mindset building long-lasting connections with local clients
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of quality of service and hospitality towards customers,
  • Acquire a large knowledge and understanding of our product lines in order to build a close relationship with clients and increase sales,
  • Represent the brand image by maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping and Delvaux standards ,
  • Provide feedbacks on sales, customer profiles, product performance to your manager.

 

How will you experience success with us?

  • At least 5 years of experience in retail luxury with a significant local client’s portfolio;
  • Demonstrate a strong sales mindset and identify business growth opportunities;
  • English fluent, Arabic nice to have;
  • Excellent presentation and passion for the brand;
  • Strong communication skills and positive attitude;
  • Team’s spirit
