HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Assists the Store Manager in the daily operations of the boutique, ensuring a seamless client experience. Supports business development initiatives through efficient operational and administrative management.
Key responsibilities:
- Assists the Store Manager in its missions:
- Sales development (welcoming, sales advice and portfolio management clients)
- Participate in the continuous improvement of quality of service and hospitality towards customers,
- Ensuring the good presentation of the boutique
- Stock management and its optimisation
- Planning and organization of the team
- Distribution of tasks and their execution
- Reporting on the activity of point of sale
- Follow up of the projects
- Support to the achievement of general and personal objectives
- Ensures with the Store Manager that the whole organization of the boutique is oriented towards sales and customer service
- Actively partners with department store teams to maximize sales and client experience opportunities
- Ensures the follow up (internally and with headquarters) of all the initiatives organized in the boutique
- Assists the Store Manager in staff training
- Check with the Store Manager that all administrative & operational tasks are executed correctly (cash desk, reception of products, customer support, customer service, ...)
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- At least 5 years of experience in retail luxury;
- Confident, organized, efficient, good attention to detail, result and action oriented with strong entrepreneurial mindset;
- Team player with excellent inter-personnel skills;
- Good communicator, able to multitask, to lead and manage projects on his own initiative;
- Excellent presentation and passion for the brand
