Summary:

A strategic and operational role to develop, lead and manage SAPAC retail network to attain maximum profitability and perform retail excellence.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction that balances short term needs and long-term goals to fulfill brand objectives. Responsible to retail divison P&L.
  • Display leadership skills to the team in line with maison’s goals and manage and mentor team in line development planning.
  • Develop sales targets, KPIs and retail operations objectives, strategies and lead the team to reach business targets
  • Recruit, build and develop the retail team, both at office and boutique, to uplift their skills in different areas to enhance business performance
  • Develop the strategic plan of enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the whole retail operations
  • Ensure boutique operations are managed according to corporate guidelines and standards
  • Responsible in providing business analysis and presentations for internal and external meetings
  • Prepare onboarding experience for retail new joiners and lead the Induction training for new store opening
  • Work closely with CRM and Marketing team to develop and implement effective CRM strategies and retail activations for our customers, for both sales efficency and clients recruitments
  • Work closely with HQ Commerical team to develop and propose suitable training strategies in line with business needs and brand standards
  • Participate in HR activities such as hiring, assessment and termination of retail staff
  • Liaise with Supply Chain and Merchandising team to ensure efficiency in both quantitative and qualitative merchandising allocation
  • Work closely with various departments included but not limited to Finance, HR, VM on different aspects
  • Review market trend and competition at all aspects including sales program, product variety, pricing to design action plan to maintain our brand positions
  • Evaluate current retail environment & identify potential retail development opportunity to Management

 

 

Requirements:

  • Solid retail management experience with at least 5 years of demonstrated success in a leadership role
  • Ability to develop, motivate and lead a team to achieve business KPIs
  • Proficient in sales, retail KPI, incentives, and P&L management and analysis
  • Results orientation with strong CRM & clientele skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
