Job Duties and Responsibilities

 

Marketing

  • Ensure coordination and implementation of SAPAC marketing and PR activities as well as oversee digital marketing strategy with all relevant agency partners.

  • Ensure SAPAC marketing activities and strategies are in line with HQ guidelines.

  • Propose relevant and creative ideas and strategies to promote the brand.

  • Work with CMO APAC and Brand CEO SAPAC to implement marketing programs to maximize sales potential.

  • Work closely with all Delvaux relevant partners (e.g. landlords, agencies, KOL, etc.).

  • Celebrities, KOL, VIP network development :

  • Stay active in the connection with key celebrities, stylists, KOL and influencers who are appropriate to the brand to develop specific SAPAC marketing action.

  • Develop right contacts with potential actions to accelerate brand awareness in Asia Pacific.

Communication

  • Implement both global and local communication strategies to enhance brand reputation.

  • Work with CMO APAC and Brand CEO SAPAC to develop and implement communication programs/ strategies which are appropriate for their business needs and consistent with the HQ communication strategy.

  • Develop, manage and execute corporate communications plans including but not limited to public affairs, media relations and communication engagement.

  • Take part in media communication to achieve business goals in APAC markets.

  • Review and approve speeches, articles, press releases and other communications to ensure accuracy and consistency with the HQ communication strategy.

  • Source and recommend media partners to ensure the quality of content on different platforms; Evaluate and monitor performance of media/ KOL as well as digital partnerships.

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing or related disciplines

  • 3-5 years’ relevant experience, including 1-2 years in digital marketing preferred

  • Multitasker with can-do attitude

  • Good team player and able to work independently

  • Good command in Chinese and English

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Marketing & Communications Executive
