Founded in Brussels in 1829, Delvaux is the oldest luxury fine leather goods house in the world and has been active without interruption ever since.

Delvaux is the inventor of the modern handbag, having filed the first-ever leather handbag patent in 1908.

Official purveyor to the Royal Court of Belgium since 1883, Delvaux has always shared and celebrated Belgian cultural references and values.

Among its archives of more than 3000 designs, Delvaux’s emblematic creations include The Brillant (1958), The Tempête (1967) and The Pin (1972), The Lingot (2022) all of which are hand-crafted in la Maison’s very own ateliers in Belgium and France.”




Responsible for information technology and cyber security service of the Maison Delvaux. Ensure the sustainability of information systems and their usage in compliance with Group standards.


Implementation and further development of the Information Technology and cyber security strategy in cooperation and based on the group strategy.


Ensuring the successful implementation of all Group Technology and Group Cyber Security  projects for the Maison Delvaux based on needs of the operational business units.


Provide active support to the dynamic and strong growth of the Maison Delvaux.




Being an important member of the Delvaux head quarter team, located in Brussels, you provide timely support of day-to-day Information systems related needs of the company. You will interact and coordinate between functional business units, external vendors and Group Technology and Group Cyber Security teams. Being highly organized and to respond quickly to new challenges and priorities will make the difference.


Follow and promote the Group Technology project management methodology and Service Management Delivery of projects with respect to group and industry standards.


Support Group Technology and Group Cyber Security teams by coordinating with Delvaux business key-users through different phases in regular release cycles. Taking care of supervising the training of key users and users’ community in an efficient way.


Plan, organize and implement Delvaux projects in scope of your responsibility, led by either the Maison or the Group. Main duties include coordinating production releases and rollouts, coordinating tasks between different teams and presenting on projects progress and results. As a privileged interlocutor for the project stakeholders, you contribute to the process of requests for group application evolution and works closely with the studio & development, production & sourcing, supply chain, merchandising, commercial, communications, finance & HR departments


Be the guarantor of the proper functioning, consistency and efficiency of all the company's information systems, bringing knowledge on PLM Centric, RetailPro, Salesforce and SAP is key. Implement and Monitor KPIs to provide insights on efficiency and usage. Set a priority on maintaining Maison applications and connect with application suppliers and publishers.


Challenge the status quo, bring innovation and ensure the full utilization of existing tools such as the ERP.




  • Passion for technology and strong understanding of business processes, operations, and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to synthesize and present complex concepts simply, accurately, and clearly to both leadership and operational teams
  • You have 5 - 10 years of experience in Project Management.
  • You have business experience in the fashion luxury industry
  • Self-motivated, service-oriented and able to facilitate & drive collaboration cross-business and cross-functional
  • You bring technical knowledge, consisting of the processes, know-how, concepts and methodology, in PLM Centric, RetailPro, Salesforce and SAP
  • Working experience with Qlik and DEX is an advantage.
  • International business experience and working experience with global worldwide teams
  • Superior problem solving and analytical skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English and French
