Your Mission
Defines the worldwide communication strategy with focus on Product and Brand with a clear view on annual and three years plan in order to develop and increase the brand’s awareness to support the development of Delvaux
In charge of Press, PR, Digital communication, Content, Events, Brand and Visual Identity.
Main Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities as Global Communications Director, member of the Delvaux Executive Committee and reporting to the CEO, will include :
- You define and develop the brand awareness and visual identity strategy
- You translate into an action plan the WW communication strategy in line with the annual and three years plan
- You define short term actions and long term goals in line with the annual three years plans
- You achieve Brand consistency and Product presentation on all supports : PoS, online and offline medias, events, showrooms,…
- You manage the development, improvement and upgrading of the communication tools for print, digital, social media,…
- You ensure management and coordination of internal and external agencies
- You manage media relations and maximize media opportunities
- You oversee the implementation, improvement and upgrading of the brand’s digital activities in order to develop the brand awareness worldwide, to create appealing content for attracting and retaining digital audiences
- You define the action plan to support store openings
- You define the strategy of product visibility and brand ambassadors programs
- You coordinate and work with the teams in regional subsidiaries (local team, press offices) to assist in meeting their needs regarding events, specific communication activities around local key moments
- You are in charge of the Museum
- You manage a team of 7 to 9 people (3 direct reports)
- You establish communication budget and follow-up
- You work in close collaboration with :
- The Collection, Product and Development Director to define the most interesting ways to decline her artistic vision and to develop the projects
- The Chief Commercial Officer to create synergy with retail development, & CRM to develop the business and take actions to ensure sell-out
- The Merchandising department
- The HR department to develop a coherent internal communication, share the action plan in order to strengthen the employees ‘sense of belonging and make them become our Brand advocates
- You are willing to travel worldwide on a regular basis
