Founded in 1829, Delvaux is a truly Belgian brand. In fact, it was even born before the Kingdom of Belgium, which was only established one year later, in 1830.

Created in Brussels by the innovative Charles Delvaux, la Maison has remained at the forefront of luxury leather goods for nearly two centuries because of its savoir-faire, uncompromising craftsmanship and the outstanding quality of its creations.

Founded in Brussels in 1829, Delvaux is the oldest fine leather goods house in the world, crafting and designing without interruption in its workshops since then. Delvaux is the inventor of the modern handbag, having filed the first-ever leather handbag patent in the world, in 1908. Among its extremely rich archive of over 3,000 designs, Delvaux’s emblematic creations include The Brillant (1958), The Tempête (1967), The Pin (1972) and The Lingot (2022). Steeped in emblematic addresses around the world, from Saint-Honoré to New Bond Street to Fifth Avenue, all 60 Delvaux boutiques are different. Official purveyor to the Royal Court of Belgium since 1883, Delvaux has always shared and celebrated Belgian cultural references and values.

We are currently looking for a Digital Activation Specialist for at least a contract of 6 to 9 months on a full time basis.

As a Digital Activation Specialist, you coordinate and manage our digital campaigns across all platforms. You analyze the data to assess and improve the effectiveness of each campaign and define the best social media strategy to increase global brand awareness, whilst assiduously preserving brand equity. You report to the Head of Digital Communication.

 

Your mission:

  • Work closely with digital agencies to set up digital activations;
  • You coordinate internally with the commercial, product and merchandising departments;
  • You are responsible for a weekly briefing, you monitor the campaign and make adjustments with the agency;
  • You oversee the setup and management of Search Engine Advertising (SEA) campaigns for Delvaux, in collaboration with our agency;
  • You create reporting that tracks KPIs, in order to optimize the campaigns & propose recommendations (SMA & SEA);
  • You work closely with our 7 regions to ensure proper implementation of our digital media strategy;
  • You are responsible for the preparation, management and implementation of the organic social media editorial plan, in accordance with the strategy, values and action plan of Delvaux;
  • You are responsible for community management, ensuring strong authentic engagement;
  • You manage the digital content on delvaux.com (creation of monthly landing pages with our website agency, management of product descriptions and translations, update the Delvaux Chronicles verticle);
  • You optimize copy and landing pages together with the copywriter and SEO agency according to best practices;
  • You are responsible for KOL and VIP relationship management (product briefing, send gifting, follow-up and reporting);
  • You keenly follow digital luxury trends and propose new ideas, optimizations.

 

Your profile:

  • You have at least 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar position;
  • You are a digital native. The digital world is your playing field, you are aware of the latest trends;
  • A strong first experience and a good understanding of the luxury industry is required;
  • You have experience with social media and you master the following tools: Business Manager, Google Analytics, Emplify, Canva,…
  • You communicate clearly and can use your creativity in writing content for social media and website;
  • You are analytical, work accurately and structured;
  • You can deal with a complex environment with many stakeholders and respect deadlines;
  • Excellent knowledge in French and English (both written and spoken).
