We are looking for:

A candidate who is responsible for the overall daily operations of the store, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Their primary duties include management of staff, ensure the store is meeting sales goals. Other main responsibilities are facilitating customer service, etc.

 

Responsibilities are as follows:

  • Meet set sales targets by effectively leading and developing a team of sales staff
  • Provide the training and coaching to the team to ensure the service standards are met at all times
  • Oversee VIP Program and various promotion programs
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is performed while identify new initiatives for improving services standards
  • Develop high net worth clientele by private appointments and hosting intimate events in the store
  • Prepare sales report and activities for communication with the senior management
  • Monitor the stock and inventory is at optimal level for operation needs

 

Job requirements: 

  • At least 5 years of experience in retail operations management with solid experience in managerial level, experience in luxury industry is a plus
  • Mature and self-motivated with excellent analytical mindset
  • Excellent problem solving, communicating skill, and project management skills
  • Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skill
  • Have a relatively in-depth understanding of the luxury market in Thailand
  • Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
  • Multi-task, highly adaptable to changes
  • Chinese speaking is a plus
