Founded in 1829, Delvaux is a truly Belgian brand. In fact, it was even born before the Kingdom of Belgium, which was only established one year later, in 1830.

Created in Brussels by the innovative Charles Delvaux, la Maison has remained at the forefront of luxury leather goods for nearly two centuries because of its savoir-faire, uncompromising craftsmanship and the outstanding quality of its creations.

Founded in Brussels in 1829, Delvaux is the oldest fine leather goods house in the world, crafting and designing without interruption in its workshops since then. Delvaux is the inventor of the modern handbag, having filed the first-ever leather handbag patent in the world, in 1908. Among its extremely rich archive of over 3,000 designs, Delvaux’s emblematic creations include The Brillant (1958), The Tempête (1967), The Pin (1972) and The Lingot (2022). Steeped in emblematic addresses around the world, from Saint-Honoré to New Bond Street to Fifth Avenue, all 60 Delvaux boutiques are different. Official purveyor to the Royal Court of Belgium since 1883, Delvaux has always shared and celebrated Belgian cultural references and values.

 

We are currently looking for a Sales Advisor for our boutique in Antwerpen

(Replacement contract or fixed-term contract)

 

 

Mission:

As an ambassador for our brand, your main tasks will be as follows:

 

  • Welcome, advise and retain local and international customers at Delvaux
  • Develop sales and achieve the goals set by the commercial director,
  • Verifiy and manage stocks status and replenish the corner to meet constantly customer needs
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of quality of service and hospitality towards customers,
  • Acquire a large knowledge and understanding of our product lines in order to build a close relationship with clients and increase sales,
  • Represent the brand image by maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping and Delvaux standards,
  • Provide feedbacks on sales, customer profiles, product performance to your manager ...

Profile:

 

  • At least 3 years of experience in retail luxury;
  • Confident, organized, efficient, good attention to detail, result and action oriented with strong entrepreneurial mindset;
  • Team player with excellent inter-personnel skills;
  • Dutch & English fluent, additional language is a plus;
  • Excellent presentation and passion for the brand
