Position: Digital Marketing Manager/Assistant Manager

Report to: Marketing & Communication Director

Daily Contact in HQ: Global Media Manager, Global Social Media Manager, Digital Product Experience Manager, Acquisition Manager

 

Job Description:

  • Propose and deliver strategic digital marketing solutions to accelerate customer's growth.
  • Market update to HQ, in order to share the local context and trend to adjust global strategy which can also meet local need.
  • Execute regional digital campaigns across digital channels.
  • Engage with customers on social media and understand their behavior to drive awareness, traffic and sales both online/offline.
  • Develop media plans with media agencies that align to campaign objectives and provides impactful returns.
  • Develop and own goals and performance metrics for campaigns. Measure the result, and propose further growth options.
  • Budget optimization for high efficiency in budget spending with appropriate allocation.
  • Work closely and collaboratively across brand, creative, PR, CRM, MD and retail teams to execute fully integrated campaigns including paid and organic digital activations, events, and strategies.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years comprehensive digital marketing experience in agency or a consumer brand
  • Analytical skill to discover potential areas for performance improvements
  • Experienced in planning and buying digital media from upper funnels to mid/lower funnels
  • Experienced in social media management
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills in Japanese and English.
  • Hands on mentality
  • Industry experience or knowledge is preferable
  • E-commerce experience or knowledge is preferable
