MAIN PURPOSE
The Retail Training Partner assists boutique sales associate to uplift selling techniques, elevate customer service experiences and convey an efficient and qualitative brand message. He / She is responsible for driving learning culture throughout the entire Chloe boutiques of regional markets, among internal staff of the brand as well as external boutiques with wholesales partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Understand retail strategy and partnering with retail team/ wholesale partners to ensure deliverance of Chloe’s servicing standards across all boutiques in Taiwan.
• Assess and create personalized coaching plans for all Chloe boutiques (Internal and external) and boutique sales associates, to elevate Chloe’s customer experience goes beyond client’s expectations.
• Through regular observation, communication and listening to Chloe’s boutique manager & sales associates, provide 360 degree feedback to ensure trainings and coaching plans are implemented effectively.
• Capitalize and take ownership on existing training tools, translate and develops training resources to answer the needs of each market including brand contents, selling techniques or customer service experience.
• Implement or facilitate regular training sessions covering APAC regions throughout the year with a priority on boutique ambassadors.
• Assess and evaluate the efficiency of sales techniques, customer service level & brand message, formulate appropriate actions plans in a regular and qualitative manner
• Coordinate with Mystery Shopping plans / Voice of Client and capitalise on this technique to assess training needs
• Optimising the training budget and ensuring a strict respect of the budget
• Work closely with regional training team to ensure training initiatives is launched and followed up properly and some localization should be adopted when necessary.
JOB PROFILE
• At least 5 years of experience as a trainer in retail, luxury, hospitality industry, advantage in Womenswear Training
• Track record in uplifting sales technique for boutique staff
• A self-starter, resourceful and can work independently and persistent in achieving goals of business units
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; be able to coach
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Photoshop)
