Area of Responsibilities:

  • Organize and support events like press day, fashion show, press day, trunk show, VIP Day, etc. and take care of on-site execution and quality control.
  • Build and maintain the relationship with event agency & 3rd parties.
  • Build and maintain the relationship with media, press, KOL, influencer and partners.
  • Plan and execute corporate projects and marketing; interface with relevant departments to create marketing collateral to support.
  • Manage public relations agency to create press coverage in print and online publications and draft and monitor all press releases.
  • Monitor for use of corporate and product logos and marks.
  • Liaise with external vendors and agencies to ensure that to meet the requirements and budget.
  • Daily document preparation: Event Report, PR stock management, event closing file, PO and payment follow ups.

 

 

Education & Experience:

  • Degree in communications/marketing/advertising
  • Minimum 4 years in PR/Marketing
  • Ideally both Client & Agency side in luxury industry
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin (Spoken & Written)
  • Understanding of Luxury and Consumer needs
  • Strong familiarity with online marketing practices cross categories
