1) Area of Responsibilities:


a. Build up & Manage Brand Own EC Channels

  • Build up Brand-own EC channels (WeChat mini-program and.cn site), working with both external and internal parities to create a premium brand experience.


  • Develop yearly business calendar, acquisition, conversion and retention strategy to increase sales/traffic of Brand-own EC channels


  • Create the customer journey through Brand-own digital channels to inspire a premium user experience, and lead development of the product to guide this journey, including key features like loyalty, subscription, omni-channel solutions.


b. Omni Channel Innovation

  • Work with Global EC team to implement China Omni strategy to maximize China Omni Channel performance and deliver premium Ecommerce experience
  • Collaborate across businesses, functions and regions to enhance the efficiency of the company and align the strategy on Omni-Channel business development and customer innovation.
  • Investigate digital behaviour of customers, online marketing trends, and best practice from other competitor luxury brands
  • Drive Omni-channel sales growth behind Omni-channel members’ growth and seamless customer experience
  • Partnership with internal and external parties– especially Digital Marketing, Merchandising, Retail and CRM functions, to deliver the best online shopping experience for our brand.


2) Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor degree or above; proficient in English
  • Minimum 5 years experience working within luxury or fashion e-commerce business
  • Experience of operating Brand-own EC business(wechat mini program; .cn); Omni Channel EC experience will be huge plus.
  • Strong communication and influencing skill, quick learner.


3) Profile:

  • The E-commerce Supervisor will need to be analytical and sales-driven with experience of E-commerce for a luxury or fashion brand.
  • Highly motivated, capable of working in a self-driven, entrepreneurial environment. Excellent problem solver enjoying coming up with creative solutions in a fast paced agile environment
  • The candidate should be able to work collaboratively across functions to deliver a premium online experience for our customers. They therefore need to be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to proactively develop relationships across the business.
  • The candidate should be self-motivated and prepared to be hands-on, action orientated and energised by the opportunity to work with a growing business. Strong self-motivation and willingness to take responsibility, strong sense of goals and positive and optimistic attitude.
