KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Chloe Korea is seeking for a Merchandising Manager. The talent is responsible for developing and implementing merchandising strategies across Korea region. We are looking for an individual who will build and review analysis of merchandise at store level and propose results-oriented actions, oversee all aspects of network expansion and communicate corporate strategies to the store network. The Merchandise Manager will evaluate and recommend store distribution, supervising product flow to stores, additionally acting as the zone category experts, providing monthly qualitative, quantitative and competitive reports and market needs for Management and Paris Product Team.
PROFILE
- At least 10 years extensive experience in merchandising focused in Women Universe & luxury retail
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Creative thinking skills :Open-mindedness, flexibility of perspective and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to communicate, convince in writing and verbal
- Good leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop team
- Professional presentation skill
- Open, modern, curious, communicative, action-oriented
- Sensitivity to product and passion for luxury goods
- Strong knowledge of Office (Excel, Power Point)
- Deep understanding of retail
- Proficiency English, Spanish & French are a plus
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
- To achieve sales & sell-through objectives for the business at country level
- To propose and implement adequate commercial actions to increase the business
- To act as a coordinator between Store Managers, Team Managers, Country Mangers, Experts and the Chloe HQ team
- To formulate and coordinate launching plans and follow-up strategies for the business
- To organize and manage adequate assortment and transfer
- To develop knowledge of the markets, gather and provide marketing information and comments to Chloe HQ team on sales, products, prices, consumer behaviour, customer needs, trends, competition
- To organize and conduct the products trainings and find new initiatives to animate the stores community
- To collaborate with the Logistics Department to ensure that all conditions are met for a smooth delivery process
- To work with the Visual Merchandising Department to define commercial priorities, ensuring products visibility
- To collaborate with PR Office to give visibility to the products
- To be fully retail oriented, with frequent visits and strategies on stores
