MAIN PURPOSE

 

You will be responsible for the overall success of the Chloe business in Korea from P&L, team management to brand equity, in scope of responsibilities current domestic 10 stores and future diverse channels.

The goal is to ensure the company is constantly moving towards fulfilling its short-term and long-term objectives.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • P&L Responsibility
    • Grow Chloe to be a financially powerful brand with continued growth
    • Oversee the Company’s financial performance to deliver financial commitments
    • Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
    • Work closely with Richemont Korea finance functions to vigorously reprint the business within meeting compliances

 

  • Brand Equity
    • Elevate Chloe’s brand desirability in Korea by cultivating a special bond with clients
    • Successfully represent Chloe in Korea to business partners, clients, press and key opinion leaders by leveraging brand heritage, brand stories and products
    • Actively contribute to Chloe’s global brand positioning
    • Work closely with Chloe’s global marketing team to align and to be in line with brand equity strategies

 

  • Team Management
    • Responsible for entire Team Korea
    • Coach and inspire key talents and empower them to get motivated to drive maximum performance
    • Set positive tone and energy for Chloe Korea
    • Work closely with Richemont Korea HR to focus and develop people development plan

 

  • Strategy and Distribution
    • Develop and execute the Company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals
    • Successfully develop network distribution plan for sustainable growth
    • Work closely with global Chloe Chief Commercial Officer and President of Richemont Korea Fashion & Accessories Division to get align business plan
    • Work closely with Richemont Korea Real Estate Director for landlord negotiations

 

 

KEY UPCOMING PROJECTS

    • Successful launching of new creative director Chemena Kamali’s first collection in May 2024
    • Develop Chloe influencer and friends of brand network
    • Develop VIP program for Paris Fashion Week

 

 

PROFILE

    • Minimum 15 years relevant experience with at least 5 years working in luxury retail industry
    • Experience in either retail operations, marketing, or merchandising
    • Able to create an organization, then scale up the business
    • High level of curiosity and learning agility
    • Client driven profile with a proven experience is preferred
    • Excellent inter-personal skill
    • Analytical and presentation & negotiation skill

    • Fluent level of spoken English
