About the role:

 

The recruited person will be essential to strengthen Chloè’s Quality at each stage of the finished product cross categories (Leathergoods, Shoes & Fashion Accessories). He/she will join Chloè Industrial Team based in Scandicci (FI) and will be in charge of development stage and managing a team in charge of production.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

For Shoes, Fashion Accessories (Bijoux, textile accessories and belts) and Leather goods department, you’ll be in charge of:

 

Quality in development (80%)

 

  • Risk analysis owner on finished products in collaboration with designers, marketing and industrial teams, before and after showroom.
  • Participating actively to Risk Analysis for raw materials (metal hardware, fabrics, leather + subcomponents)
  • Participating to technical reviews.
  • Defining Quality testing guidelines (finished goods) and support to Quality testing on raw material, estbilishing quality tolerances for production.

 

Quality in production and network / Management (20%)

 

You’ll Manage a team of 2 people based in Scandicci (FI): 1 Quality expert on Leather goods and 1 Quality expert on Shoes and Fashion accessories (external resource). They oversee Quality in Production & Quality in Network.

It includes tasks such as:

  • Industrialization main milestone validation​
  • Pre-series validation​
  • Production set up & in-line quality control
  • External QC partner monitoring (end of production line)​
  • Production KPIs compilation and communication​
  • In-production Quality Control
  • Monitoring of before-sales claims​

 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • 10 years of experience in quality management with focus on Shoes/LG/Bijoux (being in charge of a team will be considered as a plus)
  • Additional experience in industrialization and/or production is a nice-to-have
  • technical knowledge of the main finished product components (leathers, fabrics, metal parts)
  • Data driven and proactive approach striving for excellence
  • Fluent in Italian and English. French is a nice-to-have.
  • Good command of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Leadership skills
  • You are an open-minded and positive person with a rigorous and organized approach
