The Regional Wholesale Executive is to take ownership for the day to day operations of the wholesale department (including orders, supply and invoicing etc).  Liaise with HQ, regional share-services and clients for the order and supply process, supporting the Wholesale team in growing existing business in Asia Pacific.


Wholesale and Travel Retail operations
•    Support both wholesale and travel retail accounts servicing including for Chloe and See by Chloe (SBC)
•    Collect and submit orders, processing order confirmations, entering in the ERP system to ensure accurate ordering information for further processing
•    Work with HQ to prepare invoicing and shipments according to the client’s destination in a timely manner
•    Calculate, account and provide information about the shipment and invoicing statistics
•    Communicate, coordinate, follow up and report about on processing or on-hold items to be manipulated, delivered to other parties, or provide feedback about status.
•    Oversee deliveries and payments, regular updating of sales order and payment recaps
•    Provide professional communications with clients and provide them the desired level of service in answering their queries 
•    Perform invoice adjustment, sales adjustment in ERP in accordance with approved commercial agreements including, but not limited to, commercial discount and support package.
•    Maintain wholesale and travel retail customer profiles in ERP

Stocks and Warehousing
•    Handle stock returns from Wholesale partners and Intercompany, and arrange returns to Headquarter by request
•    Coordinate Stocks Transfer between Retails and Wholesale segments within RDC
•    Monitor Logistic services by appointed third party supplier, including shipment reception, order despatch, system invoicing, within contractual KPIs. 

After Sales
•    Manage Defective cases for Wholesale partners, including but not limited to, 1) spare parts sourcing and deliveries, and 2) approved refunds. 
•    Manage refund to confirmed Stocks cases by commercial team and/or by headquarters. 
•    Create and update all after sales tracking files by providing all the details and relevant status.




•    Diploma holder or above
•    At least 2 year’s relevant experience in logistics, wholesale / travel retail operations experience in fashion / accessories will be an advantage
•    Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
•    Strong sense of responsibility, with numerical sense and detail oriented
•    Self-motivated, ability to work under pressure
•    Fluent in English, and Mandarin will be a plus
