Summary of Position:

  • Support Retail activities with the aim to maximize client’s loyalty and to establish the brand’s excellence is Customer Service and to drive traffic to boutiques as the indisputable reference in luxury.
  • Coordinate PR activities in all aspects related to ensure the maximization of the exposure and SOW in the markets according to the Global Marketing Calendar.
  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 

Activities:

DATABASE MANAGEMENT

  • To work with local markets to ensure quality and quantity of client information match objectives.
  • To support markets to improve data capture in multiple ways including partnerships and channels.
  • To provide monthly / quarterly analysis on database content.

 

SUPPORT TO DATA ANALYSIS

  • To analyze retail performance indicators and controlling report to implement best practices.
  • To follow-up on various reporting with markets and other regional departments to analyze the business trends including customer value growth, retention and loyalty.

 

CRM EVENTS

  • To share the market trends on the CRM events and provide valid ideas for the brand.
  • To support targeting the Audience for Retention Events and coordinate for the event / loyalty programs.
  • To provide relevant support upon completion of event / campaign (quantitative and qualitative feedback, budget analysis, etc).
  • To contribute to the coordination between Market / regional office / HQ for the roll out of CRM campaigns including DMs, e-DMs, e-Newsletter actions.
  • Onsite support for CRM events including set up and communication with related parties.
  • Compile event reports.

 

OTHERS

  • Support campaigns’ 360 launch - including PR, Retail, Media, Gifting etc.
  • Work with landlords on promotions and in-mall exposure.
  • Compile PR daily reports and manage samples.
  • Work closely with Finance team on payment to vendors.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • University Graduate
  • 2 years CRM / Marketing experience in luxury retail
  • Agency background are welcomed
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
  • Independent, initiative and strong analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and attentive to details
  • Multi-tasking
  • Proficient in MS Applications with excellent skills on Excel
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
