MAIN PURPOSE

 

The Key Account Manager is responsible to further develop and drive the Travel Retail and Wholesale business in APAC respectively.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Showroom: Align showroom schedule & coordinate sales assistants, provide showroom walk-through and collection overview to partners, participate in active selling and collection review/feedback meetings.
  • Order management: Conduct OTB analysis and order review, adjust orders in line with core assortment strategy.
  • In-season Merchandise Management: Drive replenishment business and manage merchandise requests on cancellations, swaps and shifts.
  • In-season Training: Perform market visits and conduct product and company trainings.
  • Business Analysis: Support sales analysis & planning as well as budget rounds.

 


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

JOB PROFILE

 

  • Bachelor degree in business administration, or other related fields
  • 3-5 years working experience in the luxury industry, ideally in fashion and/ travel retail or wholesale
  • Proven experience in key account management
  • Strong merchandise management skills, business and analytical skills
  • Fluent in English plus Mandarin
  • Passion for fashion
  • Engaged & open minded personality
  • Enjoys to work across departments (merchandise, operations, finance, etc.)
  • Creative and willing to find solutions independently  
  • Willing to travel
