The Regional Manager is responsible for driving Cartier market share and brand presentation for Specialist Retail in the Northeast Region.

Geographic Responsibility:  Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Ohio


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reach sell-out, market share and sell-in objectives.
    • Ensure a flawless presentation of Cartier in each store under supervision.
    • Leverage expert teams (communications, marketing, CRM, VM, SDP, etc.) to build a meaningful and actionable business plans for each retailer
  2. Maximize the impact of each POS visit.
    • Preparation: Check store status against prior commitments, analyze KPIs (sell-out, stock on-hand, assortment relevance, client satisfaction results, training status).
    •  During the visit: Actively develop the partnership (dig into the retailer’s concerns, update the annual action plan, etc.), highlight environment and changes with the competition, adjust brand presentation and merchandising.
    • After the visit: Draft a quick recap of mutual commitments and dispatch tasks to relevant Cartier teams


  1. Leverage Cartier experts in client demand creation
  • Sales/ merchandising: Negotiate the proper product assortment with each POS and ensure that it is respected
  • Marketing: Build in-store animation for product launches, including product training, incentives, community animation
  • Communication: Invite retailers to contribute to co-op communication strategies tailor-made to their client profiles
  • SDP & VM: Collaborate to yield the best visibility from the Cartier location
  • Learning & Transformation: Design an annual training action plan (targeted team trained, ambassador program)
  • CRM & Events: Design a comprehensive action plan (co-op e-CRM, e-partner program, retailer- or Cartier-initiated events, etc.)
  • Animation of the Ambassador community


  1. Actively prospect store opening opportunities
  • Depending on the Maison’s strategy and the Region’s priorities for development, identify, assess and manage new opening opportunities


  1. Play an active role on the Regional Team
  • Work with boutique leadership and the broader regional team to perpetuate a client-centric, agile mindset/ behaviors
  • Maintain strong connection with corporate Specialist Retail function (National Account Management) and ensure local execution is consistent with the North America and worldwide SR strategy.


  • Master’s degree with 2-3 years of experience in key account management in luxury watches, eyewear, fragrance, automotive or cosmetics.
  • Retail (boutique or corporate) experience is a plus.
