Job mission


We are looking for a passionate Client Services Advisor with exceptional interpersonal skills who wants to join our new luxury retail store in Zurich and contribute to the success and growth of one of our main European boutique.


The Client Services Advisor enhances the client experience by providing exceptional Cartier client service, assisting in safeguarding client assets, and acting as retail operational support to the global CS platform.


As an Ambassador of client service for the Maison, our Client Services Advisor is responsible for providing advice, technical explanations and responses to clients as it pertains to the servicing of our pieces. He/she will provide after-sales service resolutions and solutions that meet  and/or exceed clients’ expectations, to ensure the highest level of client experience.

The successful candidate is passionate and excel in understanding luxury client needs. You are delighted to cherish a true relationship with our all our clients.


As you will first join a team, you’re excited to create great energy with your team members. Each of them have unique skills, competencies and different background that you will learn from.


To succeed in this role, a significant experience +5 yrs min, in client-centric luxury retail is mandatory. The ideal candidate is empathic, agile, patient, and curious. You should be motivated to continuously improve personal performance even in a fast-paced environment. On top of that, if you are fluent in English and German and ideally another language, then this challenge will be perfect for you!
