As jewelry demand planer, you will be responsible to execute the demand planning activities and to manage novelties belonging to your product lines. In this challenging and exposed position, you will be closely working with the central and local marketing teams worldwide, as well as with the supply chain entities.


In a situation of strong growth ambition and high sales volatility due to the worldwide context, forecasting is a key activity for the Maison as it triggers the whole planning process and has a strong influence on the product availability in our networks. Leveraging and mastering our new and always evolving planning tools is also a major success factor.





Your main missions will be to:


Analyze jewelry sales and build the central forecast

  • Analyze sales to identify trends and relevant insights. Share your outcomes with the international marketing and supply chain entities. Be the reference person for any sales related topic in your product scope
  • Based on your conclusions, elaborate worldwide forecasts on your product lines. Share and support your figures to validate them with your hierarchy and the international marketing team
  • Manage products master data in our systems (SAP, APO, ANAPLAN) and ensure our tool are running smoothly


Manage novelties from design to launch

  • Build a potential at market level in collaboration with the central marketing team using relevant benchmarks
  • Define the launch quantities and markets allocations and validate them with the local teams
  • Be involved in the production strategy related to each launch with the development, marketing, and manufacturing teams
  • After the launch, allocate pieces to the markets to ensure the best possible local product availability
  • Analyze sales and review the initial forecast and inventory policy in collaboration with the local teams


Manage projects and drive continuous improvement

  • Design, plan, manage and implement the projects assigned to you
  • Have a critical mindset toward our tools and processes and suggest improvement ideas
  • Be part of the on-going transformation that aims to make the best of our data and to improve our flexibility and reactivity









You have an engineering degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or any similar scientific field. 2-3 years of work experience is a plus.

You have strong knowledge in the supply chain field and robust analytical and mathematical skills.

You have a high level of proficiency in Excel, any ERP (SAP a plus) and knowledge in APLANAN. Knowledge of R & Python is a plus.

You have experience with visualization tools (Power BI/Looker)

You have excellent communication and negotiations skills. You can adapt to your audience, whether technical or commercial

You are rigorous and very well-organized

You are fluent in both French and English (both oral and written)





In a young and dynamic team, you will be part of Cartier’s international supply chain entities, within the department carrying most of Cartier’s turnover. You will hold a lot of responsibilities and you will be exposed to many stakeholders:  Central supply chain teams in Switzerland, central marketing entities and product development teams in Paris, marketing and supply chain entities all around the world. Besides operational responsibilities, you will contribute to the transformation of our supply chain, that aims to become more flexible, agile, and reactive and you will be involved in the improvement of our tools. You will have the opportunity to develop yourself and to grow in our Maison as well as within Richemont.
