This position is responsible for assisting PR Manager for implementations and executions of earned PR Plans including digital media and SNS with an effective and efficient manner.

He or she should define PR plan for Jewelry with PR Manager in consistency with the international brand strategy and local business objectives.



1.  Assist Manager for implementations & executions PR Strategy 

  • Plan and operate the strategy for ON/OFF media & SNS to acquire qualitative earned exposure/post for Product/PR event/Celebrity and Others.
  • Work with PR manager to help determine measurable campaign objectives and KPI
  • Assist social media, demographic and industry research and analysis to assist manager


 2.  Development PR contents for ON/OFF Media & PR event & SNS exposure with PR Manager

  • Plan and develop contents efficiently to reach the target audience
  • Exploring new approaches and tools to create unique content to inspire digital users    
  • Read proofs of articles and check published articles.
  • Provide efficient idea to create innovative content/scheme for Paid exposure with PR Manager


3. Exposure Analysis

  • PR Action Report - brand image studies, number of exposures, social listening by using DMR, Augure and other tools


4. Assist PR Manager for Influencer Project

  • Build and strengthen media relationship and external networks – publishers, writers, celebrities, digital influencers, art and culture appropriate to the Maison
  • Capability to cast appropriate guests by leading PR and/or Casting agency.


5. Teamwork

  • Co-work with other PR team members to maximize effective PR exposure of the Maison
  • Liaise with Media Planner (Paid/Owned) to maximize sufficient digital exposure
  • Work closely with Marketing team 


6. Other task associated with PR task

  • Consign out product to publishers/Celebrities and arrange security guards (co-work with a person in charge)
  • Prepare sufficient press kits & other PR materials (Press Release, Invitation, Photo…)





  • University degree


Experience :       

  • 5+ year experience in PR and/or press industry 
  • Experience in luxury brand business preferable

  • Good communicator  – articulates thoughts clearly
