MAIN PURPOSE

 

The Creative Experience Manager will lead the development and implementation of experience-driven strategies, focusing on client journeys and experience journeys within Cartier. This role combines creative thinking with project management skills to ensure seamless and impactful customer experiences that align with our luxury brand values.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  1. Experience Strategy Development
    • Design and map out comprehensive client journeys to enhance customer satisfaction & engagement.
    • Develop and implement experience journeys that elevate the overall customer experience.

 

  1. Creative Execution
    • Generate and execute innovative ideas to improve customer experiences across all touchpoints.
    • Work closely with all departments to ensure cohesive experience strategies.

 

  1. Project management
    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines and budgets for experience initiatives
    • Communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support.

 

  1. Client engagement & Retail engagement
    • Lead Brainstorming sessions with all departments to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
    • Review and approve all design work, providing feedback to ensure alignment with the creative vision.
  2. Quality Assurance
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented experiences and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
    • Ensure all experience initiatives are consistent with the brand’s luxury standards and values
  3. Trend and Market Analysis
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies in luxury retail.
    • Apply the latest trends and best practices to continuously enhance client and experience journeys.

 

JOB PROFILE:

 

Degree:  University Degree

 

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in roles focusing on customer experience in multiple industries.
  • Understanding of luxury clients needs and preferences.
  • Designing and implementing innovative experience strategies
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, deliver on time & within budget.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to gather and apply client insights effectively.
  • Proficiency in design software and an understanding of emerging technologies
  • A robust portfolio showcasing innovative and high-quality design work in luxury retail.
  • Proven track record of pushing creative boundaries and setting industry trends.

 

 

Languages: Japanese and English (Business Level), French is a plus.
