This position is responsible for integrating deeper our existing systems to create for Cartier japan a unique and smooth digital ecosystem. Cartier Japan aim to reach staff and clients smooth operation and easy client journey. In this context we are looking for somebody capable of interface development management (front office and back office), technology connection (making our ecosystem smoothly connected) and expansion of digital opportunities outside of our own ecosystem (ex: Line, website,…) .

For this position, we also expect you to be a strong project manager with an in-depth understanding of how digital development can help us achieve our business goals. You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. As a digital project manager, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams internally, and our partner agencies externally.

 

RESPONSABILITIES

TECHNICAL EXPERT

  • Define from scratch the Japanese local target ecosystem to ensure smooth staff operation and client experience
  • Integrate local developed tools and all digital product in a single ecosystem, that will serve as a base for further client experience development
  • Work with HQ digital teams to interpret global staff and client tools for the Japanese market flow and operations
  • Collaborate with local IT teams, as well as main vendors (salesforce,…) and local agencies, to create and maintain our local ecosystem
  • Develop and improve interface tools, products, and digital implementation process

 

DIGITAL PROJECTS MANAGEMENT

  • Understand the business need and transform it into digital solution (line features, digital partnership, omnichannel solution roll out, …)
  • Work hand in hand with client and retail team to define online and offline client’s experiences, be the digital expert to support the roll out of the new experience line for Cartier
  • Work hand in hand with eCom and Clienteling team to support sales expansion
  • Provide end-to-end project management: Analyzing project requirements and preparing budgets and schedules, monitor and report on performance of projects
  • Understand the digital client experience: collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to design, develop and implement smooth digital experiences
  • Be responsible for the technical solution and follow up of the projects
  • Be the technical expert to various aspects of the project, to key systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.), to major digital ecosystems (Line, Rakuten, Yahoo,….). Be the interlocutor with internal IT team and external partners, technical suppliers, etc.
  • Communicate with the team internally (locally and globally) and ensure smooth roll out and all members implication
  • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
  • Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects, hand in hand with the Innovation lead Manager
  • Manage the project roll-out to boutiques with on-site training and remote support, leveraging all internal / external resources

 

REQUIREMENT

  • Proven work experience in project management
  • Hands on experience with system integration roles in the past
  • Familiarity with content and data Management
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Communication and team management skills
  • Agile and flexible mindset, to adapt project objective according to the context evolution (competition) and strategic direction of the Maison

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Knowledge of main technical back end (salesforce, SAP,…)
  • Understand the digital Japanese ecosystem (Line, Yahoo…)
  • Skilled in both basic written and spoken Japanese and English is a mandatory (key company meeting and hold in English)
