To lead and develop retail channel to achieve retail sales target
To develop retail staff capability/performance and retain good talent

Retail Operations
• Oversee all retail operation execution and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure same standard in all boutiques with company audit policy.
• BTQ request approval and monitoring, including leave plan, T&E, and expense related
• Event planning and support for BTQ and local activities, including boutique manpower support arrangement
• Adapt and drive new retail technology applications and development of efficient processes and tools.
• Recommend and manage overall retail operations related budget
• Manage monthly and yearly BTQ Stock Take
• Shopping mall & Competitor study

Retail Business Management (RT)
• Set and plan for yearly and monthly sales target & lead the boutiques to achieve the target.
• Implement retail strategy, set performance targets / development plans and actions with all boutiques
• Develop HJ business & monitoring invoice planning
• Product / Novelty forecast and assortment review (work with MKT)

People management
• Lead the commission / incentive program, design the push money to motivate retail performance.
• BTQ staff recruitment and rotation plan
• BTQ staff performance management
• Develop retail talents and continuously drive capability

Project Management
• New system Gemini implementation
• Support all Luxury new retail projects
