Implementation of missions and objectives related to retail operation, including BTQ daily operation, general administration, and training coordination, etc.




Key responsibility 1 – Boutique Operation

  • Participate when retail operations team plan the department store promotion, prepare related document and follow-up the implementation, data collection and report analysis
  • Coordinate with Operation Department for stock allocation, consignment allocation and rotation among BTQs to optimize selling opportunities
  • Assist follow-up of Mystery Shopper: reminder / action plan translation and upload
  • Coordinate with Marketing / Communication department for product selection of malls’ editions for each promotional activity


Key responsibility 2 – Retail Administrative Work

  • Assist in administering all duties and projects that come under the responsibility of the retail operations department, including managing schedules, generating reports related to sales activities and revenue data, shops' equipment ordering, projects support and coordination
  • Be one of the contact windows between the frontline and back office on daily administration follow up
  • Prepare necessary product training tools, sales books, and event product list for BTQ staff in timely manner
  • Coordinate training or meeting schedule with the BTQ team


Key responsibility 3 – Report Preparation & Consolidation

  • Prepare weekly / monthly sales report to monitor sales trend, regarding quantity and value of finished product and client profile.
  • Update monthly sales report with further analysis to prepare for BTQ retail meeting.
  • Collect market information / floor information of department stores for future analysis


Key responsibility 4 – Boutique Compliance

Align and monitor daily operations according to Operation Manual to ensure compliance
