HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

You will play an integral part within this key area of our business. Reporting to the Senior Media Manager, to support and implement the yearly communication strategy and projects to build the profile of the Maison in Australia and New Zealand.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Implementation of all projects with the media agency as per Senior Media Manager direction.
  • Watch partner relationship, media campaign, strategy, implementation and budget
  • Management of material instructions for all media campaigns and relationship with creative stakeholders
  • Supporting in content creation and content relationship management for events and boutique openings
  • Tracking of competitive media activations, trends and SOV to provide team and wider business with insights and optimisations
  • Attend media industry events, seminars and networking sessions to keep abreast of media trends, innovation and technologies specifically in digital
  • Support media specific strategies and key business objectives cross departmentally
  • Working closely with Store Design and Planning team on hoarding creation for new boutiques
  • Working closely with e-commerce manager on homepage updates to align with strategic priorities
  • Support all projects in partnership with events, PR, marketing, CRM specifically for Watch Partners
  • Management of internal and external corporate communications for the business, to ensure clear cohesive messaging collaboratively with Senior Media Manager
  • Responsible and accountable for finance and invoicing processes for media team internally and with media agency inclusive of monthly tracking
  • Manage the budget and process supplier invoices accordingly for Watch partners
  • Populate all media reporting and performance documents to support Senior Media Manager team needs
  • Work collaboratively with Senior Media and Digital Media Manager in building presentation materials to clearly communicate and visualize campaign recaps, media plans, budgets and competitive trends
  • Manage and organize all internal documents on the server, including: media authorizations and contracts, proof-of-performances, media plans and flow charts

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

We believe in shared success and understanding that with your actions you elevate your team and the Maison. To contribute to team success, you will have:

  • +3 years of experience in media/advertising with luxury and digital communications preferred.
  • Excellent English writing, speaking and presentation skills required, with experience in copywriting a plus.
  • Must be entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable working in a small team environment where self-sufficiency is essential.
  • Must be flexible to work outside of normal business hours including weekends, to fulfil key department initiatives, as needed (i.e. communication with HQ, posting to social channels etc.)
  • Self-starter who is capable of managing and delegating multiple tasks simultaneously in an organized manner.
  • Able to demonstrate strong analytical and visualization skills via presentations and reports, clearly communicating large amounts of information precisely and creatively.
  • Confident, competent and savvy with digital media, analytics tools, CMS platforms and social media.
  • Expert Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook (Keynote experience also a plus).
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Acrobat, and major graphic/video file formats.
