HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?


As a watchmaker for the Maison Cartier, you will perform interventions for Cartier products while respecting technical guidelines to ensure professional service. Moreover, you will manage resources effectively to achieve quality and lead time goals. By utilizing all available means, you will be able to improve our service effectiveness and ensure continuous customer satisfaction.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1)    Technical
•    Repairs within expected quality standards for esthetical, functional, quantity, performance and expected lead times, respects and follows the brands and Cartier’s guidelines. 
•    Provides complete, maintenance and quick service, part repairs, diagnoses, small jewellery repairs and stock maintenance to products up to their technical trained level.
•    Has a good understanding of equipment and tools, maintains and uses them in a safe and appropriate manor.

 

2)    Operational
•    Feeds back to superiors in technical linked tasks and discusses issues.
•    Is responsible for own bench and set of tools, to maintain them in good order.
•    Guarantees the quality of the complete environment, maintaining cleanliness on own bench set and the locations under responsibility.

 

3)    Collaboration
•    Supports the diagnosis, dismantling and control phases of customers and stock repairs (if needed).
•    Provides introduction and mentoring training for new staff members in the workshop environment.

 

4)    Administrative / Logistical
•    Follows the repair flow procedures and guidelines to achieve efficient service levels.
•    Organizes, classifies, and puts in order all materials in the workshop to achieve a safe and organised environment. 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?


•    Diploma of an Accredited Watchmaking School-WOSTEP or similar 
•    Computer Skills
•    Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously is required;
•    Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment is required;
•    Strong organizational, interpersonal & communication skills
