Close partner to the Boutique Director/Manager, you actively participate to the success of your boutique. Your strong experience allows you to lead the operational and administrative topics, enhancing performance of the Back Office team. You lead by example and can act as Manager in charge when the Boutique Manager / Director is not available.

 

How will you make an impact?

 

  1. Oversee all operational activities of the boutique:
  • You guarantee proper execution of all procedures / compliance related activities, in particular
    • Financial procedures (Petty cash management, bank deposits, cash collection…). To this point, you are the warrant of the accuracy of the cash-desk reports
    • Security / safety procedures
    • Stock procedures
  • You are responsible for all inventories (annual counts, cycle counts and spot counts) and you ensure an efficient daily stock management
  • You are responsible for the yearly boutique audit and the security audit
  • You oversee the boutique maintenance liaising & creating strong bonds with the Store Design Team

 

  1. Develop, inspire & engage a team dedicated to back-office activities
  • Directly manage & lead the back office team
    • Engage teams and regular communicate about maison's vision, strategy & common business goals
    • Ensure all back office teams have sets of individual objectives matching the boutique and market ambitions
    • Participate to the evaluation of the individual performance and identify members with potential, ensuring a singular and adapted development plan is curated & communicated accordingly
    • Define the schedule of the team based on commercial needs

 

  • Attract & develop a high-performing team
    • Maintain a pool of talents through candidates 
    • Lead the performance management process
    • Partner with HR teams, sales coaches and/or L&D teams to define a development journey
    • Provide regular feedback and coaching on the spot

 

  1. Other Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Commercial Management to think of new ways of working in your domain and in our customer flows (to reduce the client waiting time, improving the client facing time and the perception of such time).  In particular, you act as the main point of contact for the boutique  flow project
  • Responsible to promote knowledge & adoption of new services and new digital solutions in an effective way. To this point, you are in charge of creating strong bonds with the IT teams.
  • You are the warrant of the CSR strategy & application within the boutique
