MISSION

  As a close partner to the Boutique Manager, the Operations Coordinator actively participate to the success of the boutique. Your strong admin experience allows you to lead the operational and administrative topics, enhancing  boutique performance.

As a key partner, you oversee all operational activities of the boutique, back office and administration.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • You actively contribute & participate to the Operations Management community representing your boutique where you collectively design the retail improvement required to elevate Cartier as a retailer.
  • Warrant of the accuracy of the cash-desk reports, your strong analytical and organizational skills will allow you to guarantee the application and reliability of all financial procedures (Petty cash management, bank deposits, cash collection…).
  • To ensure the optimal model stock at all time, you ensure an efficient daily stock management and are responsible for all inventories (annual counts, cycle counts and spot counts).
  • Well-known as an excellent organizer, you guarantee the application of, all boutique procedures and are responsible for the yearly boutique audit and the security audit.
  • We count on you to actively propose new ways of working, filing, monitoring, auditing all procedures to optimize efficiency and thoroughness.

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • You come from a luxury background with min. 5 years of experience in retail operations within a boutique. Result-oriented, you have excellent analytical skills and understanding of retail productivity levers.
  • You love working in a demanding environment, and speak fluently German, English, French and Italian.
