Reporting to the Regional Head of Client South-East Asia, you will play a key role in collaborating with both Regional & Market-level teams, translating insights into action plans to perfect markets’ client data capture, client profile/behavior understanding and CRM campaign performances.




Client Data Intelligence:

  • Be the referent in the region in terms of Client Intelligence and provide valuable insights to local stakeholders by:
    • Leveraging multiple data sources and data tools to deliver ad-hoc customer analysis & reporting, with the aim of building reports, identifying specific purchase behaviors, and monitoring performances of our client marketing campaigns
    • Regularly assessing and analyzing the evolution of the client communities. Present findings to markets and propose appropriate action plans
    • Providing markets with ad-hoc client data extractions & analysis to support specific projects


Client Database Management:

  • Work closely with markets to develop and enhance their omnichannel client database (Retail, Web, Contact Center, Watch Specialist)
  • Support the enhancement of client data capture tools (digital client registration, Event data collection)
  • Support the extension of client digital platforms to Specialists network (if applicable)
  • Client Intelligence IT Tools: responsible for improvement requests according to business needs and support to the central team on tests of the updated versions
  • Data Quality: You will contribute to the ongoing cleansing of the client database ensuring information is accurate and up to date, including client reassignment process, perform regular merging and deduping of the database


Client Marketing Support:

  • Support the team with the creation & extraction of client data to be used for CRM campaigns (target audiences)
  • Set up parameters & monitor Clienteling app campaigns
  • Assist in Performance Monitoring: Monitor and communicate results to the management and Central teams of all CRM activities, with strong focus on ROI



  • Degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics or equivalent
  • Analytical and detail oriented in your approach to work, able to manipulate data to uncover insights & business opportunities
  • Proactive, with ability to prioritize in a fast paced, demanding environment
  • Experience with business intelligence solutions (Microsoft Power BI, SAP BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, or any other Data Visualization Software)
  • Excel proficiency
  • Great sensitivity to client needs and interest for Luxury
  • Open-minded and adaptable personality, with strong oral and written English communication skills and willingness to work transversally
  • Self-confident, with good presentation skills



  • Candidates between 18 and 28 years old
  • Nationals of Member States of the European Economic Area (EAA), who have fulfilled their national service obligations
