HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT  

 

This internship position will have a core focus on leveraging data analytics to enhance supply chain operations. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about using data to drive efficiency, keen interest in supply chain operations as well as sustainability initiatives.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, the incumbent will contribute to data model development, analysis, and overall support for the Operations department in Cartier SEAO.

Your key responsibilities include:

 

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Extract, analyze, and visualize data using tools such as MS Power BI, Looker, and Python
  • Develop and enhance data models, dashboards, and reports. When possible, recommend potential solutions based on data insights

Operational Support

  • Support the preparation of business presentations and project management activities
  • Assist with technical testing in SAP ERP
  • Collaborate with SEAO teams on problem-solving for operational efficiency
  • Assist with inventory control, e.g., quality checks, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolutions

Sustainability & Compliance:

  • Participate in sustainability-related reporting and compliance checks for logistics

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative and ad-hoc support to the Supply Chain department as needed

 

YOUR PROFILE/KEY SKILLS

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
  • Familiarity with basic programming languages (Python, SQL) is essential
  • Strong analytical skill to analyze large data sets and present findings in concise manner
  • Strong proficiency in Excel is a must; data visualization tool is a plus
  • Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with a high integrity, and strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an added advantage
  • Fluent in English; an additional Asian language is a plus for effective collaboration with the SEAO team
