KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  1. STRATEGIC PLANNING
    • Lead and develop the 3-year Market Action Plan in close partnership with SAM Exco (state of the nation, sales analysis & forecasts, brainstorm & idea generation, writing & formatting of the final documents, creative proposal).
    • Ensure successful implementation of key strategies by facilitating the planning (calendar, resources, orchestration) and management of the market’s main initiatives
    • Lead some regular presentations for HQ and Regional/Local Excos
    • Coordinate and give 360 visibility to MD and Exco of all key projects across categories and departments, to ensure alignment and relevant prioritisation.

 

  1. STRATEGIC PROJECTS
    • Oversee & support 360 projects’ orchestration and transversal coordination in partnership with project leaders from all departments (defining objectives, scope, timeline, key missions & responsibilities, monitoring progress & achievements, and forming dedicated taskforces)
    • Ensure alignment with local, regional, HQ and external stakeholders, consistency throughout all touchpoints and share regular communications with key stakeholders, Exco & HQ on project progress, status, and challenges.
    • Develop the team’s performance mindset and ability to set KPIs, collect data, and analyze performance of local activations across functions.

 

  1. ART & CULTURE:
    • Lead and oversee all Arts & Culture projects, while continuously refining and orchestrating the long-term roadmap for Cartier SAM.
    • Manage dedicated A&P budget for Art & Culture and maximize activation opportunities throughout the year.
    • Active networking with cultural institutions and key ecosystem players to identify locally relevant partnerships (short and long term).
    • Activate the Internal Art Connector community to ensure the Arts dimension is present & reflected across all touchpoints/ projects.

 

  1. CORPORATE INITIATIVES:
    • Lead and oversee the RED CLUB (RC) Singapore Project.  
      • Define & elaborate the local RC Strategy
      • Manage the SG Chapter members and ensure yearlong treatment & local purpose activations.
      • Management & prospecting of new recruits to join the chapter.
      • Drive the annual Young Leader Awards promotion locally with members to gardener applications.
    • Work closely with the Regional Corporate team to activate the Cartier Women’s Initiative in the local markets through close follow up with the fellows and community.

 

  1. SUPPORT THE TRANSFORMATION – COLLABORATION & PARTNERSHIP:
    • Challenge the status quo and current ways of working within Cartier SEAO and bring new ideas with a fresh and positive view and mindset.
      • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Cartier SEAO leadership team, in office and boutique, key stakeholders in the region and globally to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions.
      • Assist leadership in strengthening internal communications with staff at all levels throughout the organization.

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • A minimum 8 years of experience required, preferably in the luxury industry.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in working transversally with all key functions in a market/HQ.
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
  • Effective, versatile, and action oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills and creative mindset.
  • Strong knowledge of Maison’s Branding, Corporate initiatives and of the Art & Culture sphere.
  • Proven ability to work with all levels of management cooperatively, smoothly, and efficiently.
  • Possesses the structure and process experience of a multinational background but with an entrepreneurial flair and drive.
  • Experience supporting growth through transparency, consistency, and disciplined execution. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and organize workload to meet organizational timelines in a fast paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
