MISSION

 

Are you an experienced Learning & Development professional, with strong conceptual skills yet with an operational understanding that helps to design and implement pragmatic learning solutions? If so, we would like to present you the opportunity to join the Cartier SEAO Management team as the Regional Head of Learning & Transformation in Singapore.

 

In this role, you will establish a Learning Culture by building a strong and business-focused Learning Strategy to ensure the successful transformation of our Maison in the region through the inclusive development of all employees, working hand in hand with key internal and external stakeholders.

 

You will report to the Regional SEAO CEO and be a part of a diverse team.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Learning Strategy & Performance

  • Design and implement the Learning & Development strategy for the region in close partnership with the local HR Community, Central L&D, and Regional & Local Management teams
  • Sustain an agile, collaborative, and caring organization with a strong focus on applying the DEI principles
  • Enhance integration in the Maison, revamping onboarding and spreading the Cartier Culture, promoting the Maison’s values & DNA
  • Reshape learning offers to address different needs according to levels and populations
  • Build an action plan and a pragmatic approach towards strengthening a commercial mindset at all levels, working hand in hand with the Commercial & Retail teams
  • Increase individual and team performance, meeting business targets

 

Leadership & Management

  • Introduce Regional Management programs as needed (Self-Managed Teams II)
  • Revamp existing Leadership Management Programs for middle-senior and senior leadership levels and create modules to strengthen key missing competencies  
  • Build and implement Mentoring and (Peer) Coaching opportunities to encourage and drive personal growth, building skills and knowledge
  • Promote self-management interventions including 360 Feedback

 

Individual & Team Development

  • Design Métiers-specific programs across HE, Retail, Client, etc. to boost individual and team performance (Local GEMs version, adapted Evolve program)
  • Together with the Regional HR team contribute to key people development processes:
    • Regional Onboarding (consistency of onboarding content across markets, cross-cultural understanding, buddy program, etc.)
    • Organizational Culture (DEI, Cartier values, cross-collaboration & synergies)
    • Performance Management Process (Cartier Competency Framework, IDPs, etc.)
    • OTR (upskilling & reskilling programs, etc.)

 

Learning Center of Excellence & Expertise

  • Animate Regional L&D Community, brainstorm and bring best-in-class practices to the region
  • Liaise and evaluate external vendors, facilitators, and professional coaches across the region to build a pool of external expertise
  • Build an L&D library, consolidate all learning resources from HQ, in the market, and from Richemont
  • Promote Digital Trainings through My Learning and the Retail University
  • Manage the Regional L&T Budget
  • Act as the key contact point for the region

 

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have 10+ years of experience in senior L&D or/and Talent development roles
  • Have a proven track record of delivering comprehensive leadership and management learning solutions, executive coaching, and change management
  • Extensive experience in working in multicultural environments
  • Able to transform individuals and teams, support the company’s strategy and lead the change
  • Capable of analyzing development gaps and proposing innovative solutions
  • You can use metrics and analytics to measure and evaluate the impact of learning
