HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
This internship position will contribute to the planning, coordination and execution of multi-channel client activations in accordance with the regional client activation calendar.
Under the guidance of Regional Head of Clients, you will be given the opportunity to lead the management of email campaigns, client lifecycle journeys, and clienteling activities.
Your key responsibilities include:
Client Activation Campaigns Management
- Gather client activation needs across Cartier SEAO (email, clienteling etc) and update regional client activation calendar accordingly
- Support planning of the calendar, specifically, coordinate with HQ and SEAO markets on assets required for global and local activation campaigns
- Prepare brief to external agency on campaign criteria, including but not limited to: audience targeting, A/B testing of personalization capabilities, propose call-to-action, etc.
- Act as a coordinator between external agency and market teams for the modification, validation and execution of campaigns
- Where required, assist Regional Head of Clients in proposing the design, content and client flow of activation campaigns based on business objective from relevant stakeholders
Client Activations Performance
- Assist Regional Data Analyst to create and update regular performance reporting
- Conduct regional competitor analysis, benchmarking of client activation campaigns and sharing of best practices
Administrative Support
- Organizational and administrative support for Regional Client Community building activities (e.g. seminars, sharing/inspirational sessions, etc.)
YOUR PROFILE/KEY SKILLS
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or any equivalent discipline
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Demonstrate an interest in client loyalty/activation/CRM topics
- Possess good project management skills
- Proactive, thrives in a multicultural, fast-paced environment, and demonstrates ownership
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Knowledge of HTML, SQL, Data Analytics, or any other CRM tools is an added advantage
- Self-starter with a high integrity, and strong attention to detail
