MISSION

The High End Client Experience Intern will be an integral part of the High End business team, playing a key role in the management and organization of High Jewellery events as well as continuous effort in elevating client experience.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

High Jewellery Events and Local Activations Management

  • Pre-event and onsite client management
  • Support Retail teams with the planning and management of complete hospitality arrangement during High Jewellery events to ensure seamless client experience
  • Working closely with appointed agency to curate personalised client experience to elevate client journey and boost client loyalty
  • Onsite support during High Jewellery events
  • Support post event reporting and analysis
  • Vendor management and payment processing

Elevate Local Client Experience

  • Work closely with CRM and Retail team to conceptualise and develop gifting strategy
  • Support Retail teams with their High End client development process, e.g. to propose relevant client treatment ideas based on client profile
  • Recommending and tailoring unique experiences through close collaboration with local agencies or external parties
  • Support client travel and lifestyle requests such as, but not limited to flight, hotel and restaurant bookings within our markets or abroad

YOUR PROFILE

  • Work experience in Luxury Retail, Hospitality Events or Customer Engagement preferred
  • Demonstrates high attention to details and a deep understanding of luxury standards
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adapts quickly and works well under pressure
  • A positive mindset and ‘can do’ attitude are of utmost importance
